Was very pleased! l would recommend to anyone! They called me back every time I called Ross and got voice mail. Emails were replied to timely. Day of move they called and let me know they would be running a little late due to some complications with the truck but ended up getting their earlier than they estimated.
We moved from Easton MD (eastern shore) to Spring Lake, NC.
I was put in Contact with Ross through North American Van Lines. We had a catch 22 in terms of getting everything scheduled. My wife was starting a job in Fayetteville NC, and the employer was waiting on recommendations from her previous employer, the apartment we were going to rent needed to see a contract from her future job stating her salary in order to process our rental application, and l couldn't give the movers a date for load/unload until all of that happened. Wednesday 3/6 finally everything fell into place, I called Ross and told him we need to have them load on the 11th, and unload in NC on the 12th, It wasn't a problem at even the short notice (other companies even come to the same week we wanted to move by the way)

You and your team did an outstanding job with our move from Baltimore to Western Maine. What was so impressive was that you pulled it off just a few days before Christmas.
I know that in reality the truck is just moving boxes and items but to my family, you were watching over all of our possessions. Certainly, the holidays bring lots of excitement and stress and the great job you and your team did really helped us enioy the holidays.
Now that we have finally un packed every box I am thrilled to tell you that We did not have any damage, scratches, dents etc. Your guys really knew how to pack the truck and you obviously are a great driver.
As you know, we had a big load and to not have even a scratch shows how much your company takes Care of it's Customers. l strongly recommend you to anyone with a moving need.

This is in reference to the Fidler move from 1615 Decatur St NW, Washington, DC 20011 to 4201 Quelinda Drive, Rogers, AR 72758.
The packing team yesterday was wonderful! They made a very stressful time an absolute breeze. The crew was kind, courteous and thoughtful.
John, the other mover (sorry, I don't remember his name) and the truck arrived early this morning. l am THRILLED to hear our items are on a dedicated one-stop truck. They estimate a late Saturday evening arrival in Rogers. We were planning 'on Monday at the earliest, but Aaron will try to arrive late Sunday morning so they can deliver then a day early!

Everyone from Ken Maxwell who came out to doy estimate to you getting me through the process and answering all my questions to the moving crew. You were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly at the same time, That's rare today.Charles-Mike I especially want to single out the moving crew. Antoine and the guys, (Charles, Mike and V Ali) worked diligently in the high heat carrying heavy furniture and boxes Without complaint and delay. This was especially noted at the new house which encompasses three stories. The estimate proved to be pretty accurate as Well. Kudos for a job Well done. Will

Good afternoon. You handled my move Via North American Van Lines from 1600 S. Eads St, Arlington VA to 1925 N. Via Miraleste in Palm Springs, CA on April 27. Everything Went Very Well and I must commend the van driver, who was on time both with pickup and delivery and very helpful. Also, nothing was lost and nothing Was broken. l am highly satisfied.
The driver mentioned to me that l should be receiving a refund once he submitted his bill to you Since l came in under the estimated weight. Can you tell me if he Was correct and, if he was, how the refund will he handled? Thanks, Michael
